Scope:
The Puerto Rico Aqueducts & Sewer
Authority (PRASA) will build a New
Morovis Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP)
adjacent to the existing facility in the
Municipality of Morovis. The new Morovis
(WWTP) will increase the treatment
capacity from 0.5 mgd of the existing
plant to 1.7 mgd average daily flow.
Additionally, new treatment processes
was designed to meet future stricter
effluent regulatory requirements.
Approximately 19,100 people will benefit
from this project. |
